About

A little background:

I grew up near Erie, PA in a tiny little town.  I have always been fascinated with Photography (and cameras themselves) and then when my daughter was born I took it to the next level.  The need to perfectly preserve those little smiles turned a passion into a lifestyle. We moved to Pittsburgh in 2006 and it’s been quite a life since.  We’ve added a couple more babies, a couple more pets,  and lots of love to our lives.

While our life here in Pittsburgh brings us great joy, our hears are always at home with our families.  If we could just be two places at once our life would be perfect.  For now we just try to balance our love of our families with our love of a city…if only our fabulous families (and friends) were here in the ‘burgh as well!

I ADORE photographing babies and children.  Nothing makes me happier than watching a family interact.  My style is very laid back and natural.  I want to see the real smiles and hear laughter, not make families uncomfortable and posed.

If I were asked to describe what kind of mom I was I would have to tell you that I am a:baby-wearing, cloth diapering, phil and ted loving, crafty type of mom.  I love my baby wraps, I love sewing for my kiddos, AND I love love love chasing them with my camera…even when all I hear is “no cheese momma”  That’s my life, it’s who I am.  Their mom.
