The LaHara Family

This beautiful family contacted me many months ago, as they knew they would be coming to Pittsburgh in November.  They were in town all the way from GEORGIA you guys, and came to see me.  I am truly honored by all of you that include visits with me in your travel plans to Pittsburgh.  Their handsome little man was SO sweet and just plain lovely for our entire session.  And big sister Delta, you guys, killed me with her sweetness with her new baby brother.  Thank you again LaHara family for coming to visit with me while in town, it was truly my pleasure to capture your beautiful family!

Newborn Jack

Handsome little Jack drove a long way to come visit me last month and I am honored that his parents made the trek.  He was an absolute doll and was such a sweet baby for the entire session.  I look forward to documenting Jack over the coming year, so be on the lookout for him as he grows!

So cute!

Almost time…

When we moved to Pittsburgh (more than a few years ago now) we started working on making traditions that we could keep with our growing family every year.  This is probably one of my very favorite traditions, and I think we all get excited for this day to come every year. I’s been a little while since we had to brush the snow off our boots when we go hunting for our tree, but we’re trying to get used to this hardly any snow thing.  I may secretly be praying for lots of snow this winter.  Using our sleds only once or twice a winter is just wrong!

But back to our tree for now.

If you are local, we LOVE Buchanan’s Tree Farm. (just click the link to go visit their site)

They are located out in Burgettstown area, so it’s just a little drive out of the city…but it’s so worth the drive!

It’s awesome to be able look back and see how our family has grown over the last few years!

By the way, Buchanan’s did not contact us for this review, nor are we being compensating in any way.  We just love going there, and wanted to share!

Picture Day

Kinder Academy, we are coming to see you!

There are two dates for Pictures starting this Friday (the 13th) and Monday (the 15th).  We will be shooting individuals and if you have multiple children, we’ll be happy to get a group picture as well.  The set you see above will be the set we plan on bringing with us.  You’ll have your choice of a traditional school portrait (close up) or a full length shot.  Look for the order form to come home to you, and feel free to find us on Facebook to more examples of our work.

I’m looking forward to meeting all your beautiful children!
